The Washington ID scans fine. There was a very tiny print smudge on one of the text lines, only visible with a magnifying glass. Not an issue for use....
The North Carolina ID is good and scans. The hologram seemed a fraction less vibrant than an original I saw, but it passes fine. Good value....
